Sunriver charm at it's finest. Inside a wall of windows across the back of the house fill the home with tons of sunlight. 

Upon entering the home you'll find yourself in the spacious living room with soaring ceilings, leather seating, a few bulls (of course!) and lots of that rustic Sunriver charm you're looking for. A gas fireplace, cable TV. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. The open concept kitchen / dining room boast a table that seats 7 + a nook table that seats 4 along with 3 barstools at the kitchen island. Access to the Webber gas grill is just outside. 

Also on the main level there are 2 Ensuites, laundry room with sink with an extra shower bathroom through the laundry, access to the hot tub and access to the garage with bikes, foosball table, bocce ball, cornhole, pickleball setup, football, basketball, volleyball. The king bedroom has private bathtub with walk-in closet, desk + chair, and a reading chair. The Queen bedroom suite has a walk-in shower, walk-in closet, desk + chair, and back deck access.

Upstairs you'll find our bunk room and loft space.  The bunk room is setup with two sets of twin bunk beds and one full sized bed, a walk-in closet, TV with dresser, and a Nintendo gaming console . The large entertainment loft overlooks the main living room with a ping pong table and a large TV viewing area with a pull out sofa sectional for additional sleeping accommodations. 

Outside you'll find a large deck spanning then entire back of the home which can be accessed through 4 doors within the home, has a dining table with seating for 10 and 6 Adirondack chairs, a Webber BBQ and a private hot tub to soak away all of your cares.
